Privacy Policy of Krakowskie Przedmieście Consult
Last updated: November 2024
Who manages your data?
The administrator of your data is Krakowskie Przedmieście Consult, with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 64. We have been operating on the market since September 2016 and we know that trust is the basis of every good business. We respect your privacy as much as we respect the time of our 423 clients we have served over the past years. We do not collect data for fun or to trade it. Your information is safe with us because we stick to clear rules and specific procedures. If you have any questions regarding your data, write to biuro@kpconsult.pl or call +48 22 334 55. We will respond specifically, usually within 38 minutes. The entire processing process takes place in accordance with Polish personal data protection regulations (GDPR). We focus on full transparency, because with us the result is always visible in the table.
What information about you do we collect?
When you use our website, we collect only those pieces of information that we really need for work. Most often this happens through the contact form. We ask for your first and last name, email address, and phone number. This is data necessary for us to call you back or prepare a preliminary project quote. We've checked it in practice – without this basic information, it's impossible to conduct reliable conversations about PR or marketing. Our fee calculator also processes the parameters you enter to provide an estimated monthly support cost. We do not ask for account numbers, health data, or other sensitive information. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will remember your email address to send you one specific tip once a month. We do not buy databases and we do not use any suspicious sources of information about clients.
Why do we need your data?
Your data serves us exclusively for contact and the implementation of specific orders. We use it to respond to your inquiry or schedule a meeting at our office at Krakowskie Przedmieście. If you need support in media relations or traditional marketing, we must know who we are talking to and which company the activities concern. Technical data from cookies help us check which topics on our blog are interesting for you. Thanks to this, we know whether you prefer to read about advertising errors or how press articles work. This helps us create content without the fluff. We do not profile you in an intrusive way and we do not use your data for any automatic systems that could harm you. We simply want to know how to effectively help your company earn money. Concrete facts on the table is our number one principle.
Security and access to data
The security of your information is our priority. We use SSL certificates, thanks to which every connection to our site is encrypted and secure. Access to your data is granted exclusively to our authorized employees, such as Marek Twaróg or Grażyna Bochenek. We never sell your data to external companies or exchange contact lists with other agencies. We may pass your data only to trusted partners who help us with the technical service of the server or sending the newsletter. With each of them, we have a signed agreement that guarantees that your privacy is protected. In exceptional situations, if the law forces us to do so, we will provide the data to relevant state authorities. However, since September 2016, such a situation has never taken place. Your privacy is guarded as reliably as the image of the companies we work for daily.
Your rights to information
You have full control over what happens to your information in our agency. At any time, you can ask to see your data that we store in the system. You have the right to correct it, if for example you change your phone number or office address. If you decide that our cooperation has come to an end, you have the right to be forgotten. Simply send a short message to biuro@kpconsult.pl. We will immediately remove your data from our database, unless we must keep it for tax or legal reasons. You can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you decide that we process your data illegally. However, we encourage you to contact us directly. We settle all matters quickly, in a human way, and without unnecessary complications. We respect your time and your right to full privacy.
How do we use cookies?
Our site uses cookies, i.e., small files saved on your computer or phone. They serve to make the website operate efficiently and quickly. Thanks to them, we know, for example, that our quote calculator is working correctly and makes it easier for you to decide on cooperation. Cookies also allow us to remember whether you prefer to browse the site in light ivory colors or in a darker maroon theme. We do not use cookies to track your activity on other websites. You can change your browser settings and block these files at any time. Remember, however, that then some elements of our site may stop working as they should. For us, cookies are a purely technical tool that allows us to maintain the quality of the site at the level you expect. We've checked it in practice: appropriate technology helps us build better marketing for your company.
